> The Finals are National level and held OFFLINE at one venue in the country. The Finals consist of two levels (ROUND 1 & ROUND 2). Participants will have to qualify from Round 1 to make it to the Grand Finale (ROUND 2)- Refer to ROUNDS OF THE COMPETITION
> The Finale is adapted from the popular National Spelling Bee of the USA in which spellings are asked in knock-out format. The participant with the highest score (in every group) is declared the MASTER SPELLER OF THE YEAR.
> The finalists need to make their own arrangements for travel and accommodation.

RULES OF THE COMPETITION
- Master Spellers is a competition that consists of online and offline rounds.
- Students can get enroled in the Preliminaries through their respective schools or individually.
- Each level consists of written and oral rounds.
- The use of pen and paper is not allowed for the oral round.
- Students who get eliminated at any level can participate only in the next academic cycle from Preliminaries with new registration.
- Registration fees are applicable for each level of the competition.
- Students are requested to go through the rules and steps of registration before making the payment.
- Only students qualified from the earlier levels are eligible to participate in the next level of the competition for that academic year.
- The Prepbooks and learning resources can be accessed only on enrolment (submission of form and payment of fees) for that level.
- Any student found using help from external resources and suspected of cheating during the competition will be immediately disqualified. from the competition.
- All students must mandatorily use a laptop or desktop with a webcam for the online rounds. Participation from a mobile or tablet is strongly discouraged.
- It is compulsory for the students to keep the videos on during the competition.
- The exam slots need to be booked as per the given time frames. Any special requests for conducting the exams outside the time slots will not be entertained.
- MASTERCLASSES are held for students seeking additional guidance and practice material. These workshops are optional and are conducted with an additional fee.
- The Finals are held in multiple rounds.
- All instructions and schedules are posted on the student Dashboard and participants are expected to follow them diligently to ensure smooth and efficient navigation of the competition.
- This is a learning platform for school students and no requests for sharing any videos of the exam or training sessions will be entertained.
- The decision of the selection of the qualified students and the ranks are solely based on marks scored.
- The decision of the organisers of the competition is final and binding.
Refund Policy
- Fees once paid will not be refunded.
- Parents and participants must ensure that there is no duplicate registration for one student.
- If the student enrols twice (individually and through school), fees will not be refunded.
- If the participants miss booked exam slots after three changes, there will be no refund of fees.
- There will be no refunds for Master Class registrations for any erroneous enrolments by the participants.
- Some UPI payments take longer to get updated. Please wait for a confirmation mail from Master Spellers. Do not pay again if the amount has been debited from your account.
